- Requests submitted after 24 hours and before consultation preparation begins will be assessed based on the current service status.
- Requests submitted after digital materials, consultation summaries or completed guidance documents have been prepared may not qualify for a refund review where the service has already been substantially completed.
3. Digital Service Delivery
As services are delivered digitally, clients may receive consultation summaries, PDF guidance documents, written recommendations or other digital materials through email communication.
Once digital materials have been prepared and delivered, the service will be considered completed according to the agreed service scope.
4. Consultation Services
For scheduled consultation services, refund eligibility depends on whether consultation preparation has started and whether the scheduled session has been completed.
- Requests received before preparation begins may be considered for review.
- Requests received after consultation completion are generally not eligible where the agreed service has been provided.
- Clients should contact our team as soon as possible if they need assistance regarding a scheduled consultation.
5. Service Information Accuracy
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information required for consultation preparation.
Where delays occur due to incomplete information provided by the client, the original service timeframe may need to be adjusted accordingly.

Refund reviews are normally completed within 5 working days after receiving sufficient information.
